South East cluster sites:

We've done the hard bit and found sites where there may be clusters of ancient trees in your region - so we want you to go and hunt for trees! In each area below we have given a brief location and for those of you that are technologically minded an Ordnance Survey grid reference. Kent:

In a wide semi-circle around the south side of Faversham and stretching almost to Canterbury, a whole series of woods have been identified as Ancient Tree sites, from Dunkirk to the south-west of the town stretching around in a necklace to Winterbourne, Badlesmere Lees, Leaveland, and Chartham Hatch to the south-east of the town at TR07195718.

Also a cluster of sites all around Maidstone, including Detling at TQ79215814.
