The white leaved oak in Herefordshire

The white leaved oak in Herefordshire, a tree so awe inspiring, it has its own visitors book

9 March 2007

There are not many trees so magnificent that they warrant having their own visitors book or gifts given to them, but the white leaved oak in Herefordshire has achieved just that.

At the base of the tree there is a special waterproof visitors log that you can sign. It is also tradition to leave the tree a token of your affection such as a crystal or poem on a shelf inside. Do pay this very special tree a visit if you can – and remember to sign its book!
