Worcestershire Biological Records Centre

There are many ancient trees standing proud in the Worcestershire countryside and old parkland.

Worcestershire's Biological Records Centre is currently compiling an Ancient Tree Register for the county via a two year HLF-funded project running from April 2007 to April 2009 covering two winters of recording.

The project aims to encourage awareness and the understanding of Ancient trees in Worcestershire and encourages members of the public to record findings of ancient trees through undertaking parish surveys.
