Summer of Hugs 2008!

It's going to be a Summer of Hugs!

You've all done really well recording trees so far, we've just recorded our 20,000th tree in fact. But we want more!

Following the launch of our Summer of Hugs at the Hay Literary Festival, we are now moving on and hosting local events around the country. We have events confirmed as far apart as Devon and Yorkshire. For more information look at our events page.

We've already been to Clumber Park to do lots of hugging and take lots of photos, which is just what we want you to do - so send us in your records and photos.

We have also linked up with partners including the Scouts, Ramblers and Caravan Club who will hopefully be adding some records themselves. Don't forget that if you tick the Sustrans box on the interactive map, you should get a route for a lovely summer cycle ride which we hope will take you to your next ancient tree find. Ticking the Tree Cluster option on the interactive map should also make it easier for you to find those ancient trees. So get out there and enjoy our Summer of Hugs!
